Panic Exit is designed as a private, offline wellness support app for moments of anxiety, panic, stress, or emotional overwhelm. Your privacy is very important to us. The app is built to work without login, without AI, without cloud storage, and without selling or sharing personal data.

1. Information We Collect

Panic Exit does not collect, store, transmit, sell, or share your personal information on our servers.

The app may allow you to save information locally on your device, such as:

- Rescue session history

- Breathing or grounding tool usage

- Safe Place details

- Optional calming phrases or notes

- Optional images added by you

- App preferences such as haptics, reminders, and settings

This information stays on your device and is not uploaded to any server by Panic Exit.

2. No Account or Login

Panic Exit does not require you to create an account.

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, password, or social login.

3. No AI, No Cloud, No Backend

Panic Exit does not use artificial intelligence, cloud processing, or remote servers to provide its core features.

Your app activity and saved content remain stored locally on your iPhone.

4. Local Device Storage

Any information you add inside the app is stored locally on your device.

This may include:

- Your Safe Place content

- Optional notes

- Optional photos

- Rescue history

- Reminder preferences

- App settings

If you delete the app or reset app data, this locally stored information may be deleted.

5. Photos Access

Panic Exit may ask for permission to access your photo library only if you choose to add an image to your Safe Place.

The app does not scan your photo library, upload photos, or share your images.

You can manage photo access anytime from your device Settings.

6. Notifications

Panic Exit may ask for notification permission if you choose to enable local reminders.

Notifications are optional and are used only to remind you to take a calm moment or use a wellness exercise.

The app does not use notifications for advertising or tracking.

You can disable notifications anytime from your device Settings.

7. Health and Wellness Disclaimer

Panic Exit is a wellness support tool for moments of anxiety, panic, stress, or emotional overwhelm.

The app is not a medical device, diagnosis tool, therapy service, treatment provider, or emergency service.

If you feel unsafe, may harm yourself or others, or need urgent help, please contact local emergency services or a trusted person immediately.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with third parties.

Because Panic Exit does not collect your personal data on our servers, we do not provide personal data to advertisers, analytics companies, or data brokers.

9. Analytics and Tracking

Panic Exit does not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or tracking technologies.

The app does not track you across apps or websites.

10. Children’s Privacy

Panic Exit is intended for general wellness support and is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can assist where possible.

11. Data Export and Deletion

Panic Exit may allow you to export your locally stored app data using your device’s share options.

You are responsible for where you choose to save or share exported data.

You can delete your local app data by using the reset option inside the app, if available, or by deleting the app from your device.

12. Security

Panic Exit is designed to protect your privacy by keeping your information on your device.

However, no method of storage is completely secure. We recommend protecting your device with a passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

If we make changes, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
